Cards for Good Causes launches dedicated ‘Thinking of You’ area to
mark Thinking of You Week as charities are ‘Not Just for Christmas’.

Cards for Good Causes, The UK’s largest Charity Christmas Card Retailer, is getting
behind Thinking of You Week with a number of initiatives to mark the important date in
the greeting cards calendar. The special week celebrates the sending of cards and the
emotional power they can play in generating positive feelings and wellbeing - with this
year being more important than ever to connect and show others that you care.Cards for

Good Causes has launched a dedicated ‘Thinking of You’ area on their
website where customers can view a selection of thoughtful cards and gifts which
include Thinking of You cards, Thank You cards and well-being gifts that can be sent to
a loved one, friend, employee or colleague. The not-for-profit organisation raises vital
funds for 250+ charities with 100% of its proceeds being donated to charity. The new
area is an addition to their general Charity Christmas cards and gifts in a move to show
that they are ‘not just for Christmas’ as people can show that they care at any time of
the year.

The not-for-profit organisation has also recognised how important it is for employers this
year to find new ways to show their employees how much they appreciate them through
this difficult period, whether it is to say 'thank you' or just to let them know that their hard
work in challenging times has been noted. The new 'Thinking of You' area contains a
range of cards and gifts for employers to show their appreciation whilst also
demonstrating to their employees, customers and stakeholders that they are supporting
the charity sector during this difficult year.

To celebrate the launch of the dedicated ‘Thinking of You’ area a prize giveaway is
being held to WIN a ‘Thinking of You’ bundle of goodies that can be delivered to
someone you’re thinking of. The campaign will be promoted through social media
channels (Facebook and Instagram) and will ask people who they would like to deliver a
smile to. The lucky winner will then receive the prize bundle for their chosen recipient.

Jeremy Lune, CEO of Cards for Good Causes, said “Well-being cards and gifts have
seen a huge rise this year as you can imagine. It’s been a difficult time for a lot of
people and receiving a card through the post can show someone that you care and
really make a difference. The great thing about Cards for Good Causes is that our
customers get to make a difference twice as their purchase also raises money for the
250+ charities that we support including Mind, the MS Society, Macmillan Cancer
Support and so many more. We run as a not-for-profit so 100% of our proceeds support
charities who vitally need our support more than ever this year.”
