Ever find yourself drawing a blank? Can’t quite put your finger on the answer? Well this is the perfect board game for you. The aim of the game is to get the highest score by making the most words (word combinations from a set of letters and spaces). Think of Hangman meeting Countdown.

Game Play:

Each player starts with five white tiles.

The player with the longest name is to roll the dice first and draw the number of blank tiles that correspond with the number on the dice.

With the blanks (you must use all) and as many of the white tiles in your pile as you wish (at least one) form a sequence (e.g. rolled a two and had a C, so you could do _C_or C __).

Everyone writes down the sequence.

Turn over the time and write as many words as you can.

One the timer ends, count the (actual) words. The score is the number of words multiplied by the number of white tiles used within the game. If there are no words made, the player who created the sequence loses 20 points. The next player (clockwise) rolls the dice and this time adds to the existing sequence, (either to the beginning or end of the sequence already there, or vertically coming off the existing sequence). The game continues and ends at either the short, medium, or long checkpoint. These are:

Short – Player reaches 100+ points

Medium- The blank tiles run out

Long- The white tiles run out

The box includes:

A bag of blue “blank” tiles.

A bag of white tiles (lettered tiles).

A 60’s second timer (60’s on one side and 66’s on the other).

A score pad.

A pad for scribbling words.

One D6.

Specification:

22.5 x 22.5 x 5.7cm (approx.)
